Young defender is Milligan's latest signing.
With the first preseason game just one week away, Jamie Milligan has further strengthened his squad with the signing of defender Finn Wallbank.
The 19 year old centre back makes the switch from fellow NPL side Workington.
Finn is a local Preston lad, and prior to joining Workington last season, spent six years at Preston North End, including being a key part of the team which reached the quarter finals of the FA Youth Cup.
