PLAYER NEWS: Welcome Simon Grand
Experienced central defender joins Brig.
The club have confirmed the signing of experienced central defender Simon Grand.
Simon joins from NPL neighbours Lancaster City, where he made 30 appearances this season, scoring four goals.
A very experienced player in the football league, Simon lists the following amongst his former clubs, having played for Rochdale, Carlisle United, Grimsby Town, Morecambe and Aldershot Town.
He's also no stranger to non-league having played for, amongst others, Northwich Victoria, Fleetwood Town, Southport, Salford City, AFC Fylde, Chester and prior to joining Lancaster, Charnock Richard.
