George Gyrba and Nathan Snowball - Preston North End

North End duo join Brig on loan.

Bamber Bridge Football Club are delighted to confirm the arrival of two exciting young talents from Preston North End, with striker George Gryba and defender Nathan Snowball joining the club on one-month work experience loans.

Striker George Gryba arrives at Irongate looking to bolster the Brig’s attacking options during a crucial period of the campaign as the team continue to push for a playoff spot.

George joined North End in the summer of 2025 on a two-year scholarship in the summer, coming through grassroots football. The 6'2 striker has had a very successful start to his career having impressed with the Academy, he has already been part of two first-team match day squads.

Also making the move from Deepdale to strengthen the Brig back line is defender Nathan Snowball.

Nathan is a second year scholar, and has already signed a professional contract with the Lilywhites which will commence at the end of his scholarship in the summer.

Nathan started his career with Morecambe FC, where he made his full professional debut aged just 16 in an EFL Trophy tie, becoming The Shrimps youngest ever player.  Whilst at Morecambe he also spent time on loan at fellow NPL side Morpeth Town.

George and Nathan will wear the Brig colours for the next month, and will both be available for selection for tomorrow's NPL fixture at home to Whitby Town.
