NPL League Allocation Graphic 2026/27

Club allocations for the Northern Premier League Premier Division announced.

The FA have announced the clubs who will be competing the Northern Premier League Premier Division in the 26/27 season*.

Making the trip to Irongate to face Brig will be Alfreton Town, Ashton United, Avro, Bury, Cleethorpes Town, Curzon Ashton, Emley, FC United of Manchester, Gainsborough Trinity, Guiseley, Hyde United, Ilkeston Town, Lancaster City, Leek Town, Quorn, Redcar Athletic, Stockton Town, Warrington Rylands, Warrington Town, Whitby Town and Workington.

Alfreton Town and Curzon Ashton join the division following their relegation from National League North.

Promoted clubs are NPL East Division champions Redcar Athletic and play-off winners Emley and from the NPL West, Bury (champions) and Avro (play off winners). Quorn also make the move the Premier Division, changing places with Rushall Olympic who have moved to the Southern League Central.
