Christmas Jumper Day 2024 - Bamber Bridge v Matlock Town
News on the annual charity Christmas jumper day, and festive food bank collection.
Our annual Charity Christmas Jumper day will be held on 16 December, when we welcome Matlock Town to the SFC Stadium.
Supporters both home and away are encouraged to don their finest festive attire for the game.
Following the game, we have live music in the club house with Brig favourite, Nick Spencer. A great way to get into the festive spirit!
Charity Foodbank Collection
We have once again teamed up with New Day Church Food Hub for our charity collection.
This year we are collecting donations of festive treats such as selection boxes, gingerbread, yule logs, puddings, Christmas Crackers etc and unwrapped gifts (e.g. new toys, books, toiletry sets etc.), to bring a bit of seasonal joy to those who are struggling this year. Other food bank items can also be donated.
Donations will be shared between the New Day Food Hub and the Christian Community Larder which helps people in the Bamber Bridge area.
Donations can be left in the clubhouse from 1 December onwards. The items will be distributed by their teams of volunteers in the week leading up to Christmas.
