Player News: Welcome to Brig Charlie Casper
Young goalkeeper joins on an initial one month loan.
Bamber Bridge FC is delighted to announce the loan signing of goalkeeper Charlie Casper from EFL Championship side Burnley.
Charlie, a 19-year-old product of Burnley's academy, initially started his football journey as a midfielder before transitioning to the goalkeeper position. He signed his first professional contract with the Clarets in the summer of 2023.
Charlie has recent NPL experience to Brig, having spent the early part of this season on loan at FC United of Manchester where he made 12 appearances.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that goalkeeper Harvey Bardsley's loan period has concluded, and he has returned to his parent club, Blackpool, after making 10 appearances for Bamber Bridge. The club extends its heartfelt thanks to Harvey for his contributions and wishes him all the best in his future career. Our gratitude also goes to Blackpool FC for facilitating the loan.
