Match Preview- Maccessfield FC

Bamber Bridge broke the course last Saturday, beating Whitby Town in a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory at home.

Macclesfield is a side flying high in the Northern Premier Division. They have won their last four games in the division and have successfully finished second in the table.

The Silkmen have lots of talent on hand, with top goalscorer Alex Curran having an impressive tally of 22 goals this season.

John Rooney is another who has been flying high, scoring 20 goals this season, and will be one to watch come Tuesday.

Brig, on the other hand, will be looking to build upon Saturday's result and try to find some form for the final next Tuesday.

Callum Leigh will be looking to add to his impressive goal catalogue against the play-off contenders. The young midfielder scored a screamer on the weekend.

Leigh will be looking to bring more magic tomorrow evening.

The midfielder wasn’t the only bright spark on the weekend.

Loanee Lorenze Mullarkey-Matthew will be looking for his first goal in a Brig shirt.

The forward has been a positive addition since joining on deadline day.

The forward has a burst of pace and the ability to beat his man, so he will be a key player in tomorrow's fixture.

If Brig are able to win, the Briggers could move above FC United. With a game in hand, Brig have to build upon the win against Whitby Town.
